uf9 Platform

This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the uf9 platform by all registered users. These terms form a legally binding agreement between the user ("Member") and uf9 ("Platform" or "We"). If you do not agree with any of the terms stated, you are required to refrain from using uf9's services.

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings stated:

• "Platform" refers to the uf9 website together with all services offered on it.
• "Member" or "User" means an individual who has successfully registered an account with uf9.
• "Account" is the personal account created by a Member upon successful registration.
• "Real Money" refers to actual funds deposited into a user's account.
• "Bonus" means any additional amount credited to a user's account by the Platform in the form of a promotion or reward.
• "Wagering Requirement" is the number of times the bonus value must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted.
• "KYC" stands for Know Your Customer, which is the identity verification process carried out by the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Registration

Registration of a uf9 account is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• The applicant must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• The applicant must be an individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, using the same identity, address or banking details, is prohibited and may result in all related accounts being suspended.
• Users are responsible for ensuring that participation in online gambling activities is lawful under the laws of their jurisdiction.

During registration, users are required to provide the following information: full name as per identity card, MyKad number or valid identification document, active mobile phone number, valid email address, and preferred payment method details. All information provided must be accurate, current and verifiable.

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

uf9 complies with identity verification requirements under its international licensing framework. The Platform reserves the right to request users to submit supporting documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• A copy of the Malaysian identity card (MyKad) — front and back.
• Bank statement or proof of ownership of the payment method used.
• Proof of current residential address such as a utility bill or official letter.
• Any additional documents deemed necessary by the uf9 compliance team.

Failure to submit the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary suspension or account closure. Withdrawal of funds will not be processed until KYC verification has been completed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Payment methods supported by uf9 are as follows: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH. Payment methods must be in the name of the registered user. Deposits or withdrawals through third-party accounts are prohibited.

uf9 reserves the right to delay the processing of withdrawals for investigation purposes where suspicious activity is detected or where identity verification requirements have not been fully met.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses offered by uf9 are subject to specific terms stated at the time the offer is made. The general bonus terms are as follows:

Welcome Bonus

uf9 offers a welcome bonus of 120% on the first deposit, up to a maximum of RM888. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus value before withdrawal of winnings from that bonus is permitted.

Additional bonus terms:

• Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly into cash.
• uf9 reserves the right to cancel bonuses obtained through illegitimate means or through abuse of the promotions system.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period. Any unused bonus balance remaining after that period will expire automatically.
• Games eligible to contribute towards wagering requirements are subject to the policy stated on the respective promotions page.

6. VIP Programme

The uf9 VIP Programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier provides a different weekly cashback benefit based on the user's betting activity:

• Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Diamond — Weekly cashback up to 1.0%

VIP tier progression depends on the user's activity and engagement with the uf9 platform. uf9 reserves the right to change the VIP programme structure, including cashback rates, at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Game Rules

All games on the uf9 platform use software from licensed providers. Game results are final and cannot be appealed except in cases of demonstrable technical error. Game-related terms are as follows:

• uf9 reserves the right to void a game round or bet in the event of a technical failure, software disruption or other exceptional circumstances.
• Winnings resulting from the exploitation of software bugs will not be recognised and the relevant account may be closed.
• Any attempt to use automation software, bots, or other unauthorised methods to interact with games is strictly prohibited.
• uf9 is not responsible for losses that occur due to internet disruptions on the user's end during an active game session.

8. User Conduct

uf9 users are required to behave appropriately and treat all parties with respect. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Threats, abusive language, discrimination, or harassment directed at uf9 staff or other users.
• Attempts to disrupt the platform's systems or infrastructure by any means.
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or allowing others to use your account.
• Entering into unauthorised arrangements with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using a credit card or payment method that does not belong to you to deposit funds.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Temporary Suspension

uf9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend a user's account in the following situations: outstanding identity verification requirements, suspicious activity requiring investigation, or a self-exclusion request submitted by the user.

9.2 Permanent Closure

Permanent account closure may occur in cases of serious breach of these terms. Any legitimate funds remaining in the account will be returned to the user after the verification process is complete, subject to compliance requirements.

9.3 Closure on Request

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting the uf9 support team via live chat or email. Requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, uf9 accepts no liability for:

• Financial losses incurred by users as a result of gambling activity on the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors outside uf9's control, such as internet outages, natural disasters, or actions by authorities.
• Errors arising from inaccurate information provided by users during registration or identity verification.
• Unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

11. Responsible Gambling

uf9 is committed to responsible gambling practices. This platform is for users aged 21 and above only. We provide the following tools to help users manage their gambling habits:

• Personal Deposit Limits: Users can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings.
• Session Time Limits: Set a time limit for each gaming session to avoid excessive gambling.
• Temporary Self-Exclusion: Users may request a temporary account suspension for a specified period through customer support.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: For users who wish to stop entirely, a request for permanent account closure can be submitted to the uf9 support team.

12. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

uf9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this terms and conditions document at any time. Amendments involving material changes will be communicated to users via their registered email or an in-platform notice at least three days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the uf9 platform after the effective date of any amendment is considered acceptance of the updated terms. If a user does not agree with the new terms, they have the right to close their account before the amendment takes effect.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

uf9 operates under international licensing. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform will be resolved through procedures established by the relevant licensing authority. This platform does not specifically target any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation on the uf9 platform is lawful under the laws of their location. uf9 makes no representation regarding the legality of using the platform in any particular jurisdiction.
